Horrible place they don't care about their patients my wife was always waiting weeks at a time trying to get her papers for maternity leave signed and faxed. Then they rush you while your at your appointment. I mean I know there are other patients but take good care of the ones you have or your won't have any at all. Horrible place!!!! We are going to Condell.
Horrible clinic and really shady there costumer service is trash I thought maybe they were having a bad day but then my next visit was even worse if you're going to this clinic I'd highly advise you to change locations 100% worse place I've ever went.
Im 23 weeks pregnant and as of today at 11:27 am a worker hung up on me and wasnt helpful and rude
They don't know what they are doing there. The receptionist was on her phone the whole time I was there and I told her I wanted a morning appointment which was 1015 but instead she gave me a 1:15. Then the Dr put me on 2 blood pressure medications but never called them in to the pharmacy. Of course it was a holiday weekend so I had to wait til Tuesday to call. So I called 9am Tuesday morning then again at 1 still nothing called in. The receptionist told me they have 48 hrs to respond to their messages. Here I am now without my medication for almost a week. Unreal
