Do I have to give them 1 star? This is the worst experience I've ever had, 6 hours later and the Doctor finally came to see me. Good thing I only have pain 10 out of 10 I have fever and my pressure went up. I am currently here and I have a feeling I will wait another 4 hours.
Went in through the ER entrance for trouble breathing. I was placed into a room fairly quick, under 10 minutes waiting. I informed the nurses I could barely breathe, they had me take a urine test and place it on the counter in my room. I sat in the room for 2 hours before they decided to come back and take a throat and nasal swab sample. The urine still sat on the counter untouched. After an additional hour they came back and said they're going to use of their own doctors for discharge. My urine sample was never tested and my lab results were inconclusive.
Dirty ER with blood on floors and bathroom. They never take your urine after they ask for it. The drs. are rude and short with you. Few hospitals in town; haven't had much of a choice. I wouldn't even give it 1 star. They really need to shut this hospital and Vista East hospital on Sheridan road down. Unhealthy, unprofessional. Both of them.
I came here for a physical and drug test for a new job at corporate health, the building is very run down, but the staff was very friendly. the front desk receptionist was very helpful. The tech Mario cathy and a guy named kris were so helpfull
If I could give them anything less than a star, I would. These people did not help my mother whatsoever, in fact, they were seeking a reason to get rid of her. My mom has psychosis and she roams the streets. She isn't violent but she is not in her right mind to take medications on her own. These people kept my mom for a few weeks and then let her go, the last time she was there they told me there was nothing they could, they didn't even refer me to anyone. I felt so alone. They were so heartless and the doctor even yelled at me and said "let's not sugar coat this, you know your mom is crazy, but there is nothing we can do" I understand that these people see a lot of mentally ill people on a daily basis, but they don't have to be so cold-hearted and harsh. I hate this hospital! I hate the doctors in the mental unit!
