Would definitely stay here again. Most friendly staff I ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to help us with the area and with travel direction. Rooms were clean and comfortable
I really loved walking in and being greeted by such a nice person! The staff was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, smelled nice, new looking, and easy to get around town. Close to Navy graduation. :)
You get what you pay for. Seems sketchy in some ways: there’s no real sign on the building, my heat didn’t work when I first arrived, and the guy checking me into the hotel was a little too curious about my stay (probably just trying to be friendly). But the guy came in and basically took off the cover to the heating system and wiggled it and it was fine. Also I got no bath towels, just the towels that looked like they were supposed to go on the floor in front of the tub
I’m giving four stars because the quality of the room was good, the customer service was great and even though they don’t offer breakfast, they offer coffee and are very helpful! Sometimes you don’t need the extra amenities to have a good stay. There’s a fitness center and they allow pets :) They’re under construction/renovation right now so of course it didn’t look the absolute best. They are conveniently located in the middle of laundry mats, gas stations, restaurants and is a short drive to the military base. I would stay here again! Especially after the renovations!
It was clean and the desk clerk was very helpful BUT.... No amenaties. Back door to outside not locked. Furniture in halls. No table in room. When anyone moved in the room above or rolled over in bed it sounded like they were in my room. I got no sleep.
