We requested a quote from Waukegan and had no problem getting it the detailed written quote was very professial looking and had 3 prices good, better, best. But if you were to look at our house you would know by just a glance that our softits would need to be replaced as you can see right into our house along with our gutters which some are missing completely otherwise bent broken beyond repair. They said they would replace the broken softits when we asked. But then they said our gutters didn't need to be replaced HA.... but inventually said they would replace without additional cost... However very shadey.
